Common questions about billing, payments, and subscriptions.

When am I charged?

You are charged immediately when you subscribe to a plan. For monthly plans, you're billed on the same date each month. For yearly plans, you're billed once per year. Your next billing date is always visible on your Account → Plan & Usage page.

Can I change my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Account → Plan & Usage → Manage Subscription. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, you'll receive credit toward your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account → Plan & Usage and click "Manage Subscription." From the Stripe billing portal, you can cancel your subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again after cancellation.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

Your stores, pages, and data remain intact after cancellation. However, some features may be restricted depending on plan limits. You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer prorated refunds for unused time if requested within 14 days of a charge. Contact us at our support page to request a refund, and we'll process it promptly.

What happens if my payment fails?

Stripe automatically retries failed payments up to 3 times over approximately 7 days. You'll receive email notifications about the failure. You can update your payment method anytime via Account → Plan & Usage → Manage Subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our payment processor, Stripe. In some regions, additional payment methods may be available.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We never store your card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of security in the payments industry.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. From Account → Plan & Usage → Manage Subscription, you can switch between monthly and yearly billing. Yearly plans typically offer a discount compared to paying monthly.

Do you offer a free trial?

Free trials may be available depending on current promotions. Check our pricing page for the latest offers, or contact support for more information.

How do I update my payment method?

Navigate to Account → Plan & Usage and click "Manage Subscription." In the Stripe billing portal, you can update your card or add a new payment method.

Where can I find my invoices?

All your invoices are available at Account → Billing History. You can view and download PDF invoices for each payment.
